The Invisible Contracts Diagnostic
You've noticed the pattern. This tells you where it comes from.
The Invisible Contracts Diagnostic - a structured self-examination tool that identifies exactly which hidden agreements are running your life, and where they're costing you most.
You've probably noticed by now that the same thing keeps happening.
Not always in the exact same form. But in the same shape.
The relationship that looks different but somehow lands in the same place. The conversation about money you keep not having. The decision you've been circling for months. The thing you know you want — and somehow never seem to claim.
Most approaches try to fix these things at the level of the domain. They say: here is your money problem, here is what to do about it. Here is your relationship pattern, here is how to address it. They work on the symptom.
But here's what the Invisible Contracts Framework is built on:
The problems you experience in different areas of your life are rarely separate problems.
They are usually the same invisible contract - showing up in different rooms.
WHAT IS AN INVISIBLE CONTRACT:
An invisible contract is an unspoken, inherited agreement about who you are allowed to be, what you are allowed to want, and whose authority you are expected to defer to.
You didn't choose it. You were taught it - by your family, your religion, your culture, the relationships you've been in, the systems you grew up inside.
Most women don't realise they're living under invisible contracts because the contracts don't feel like rules. They feel like reality. They feel like common sense. They feel like "just how things are."
Until you identify the contract at the root, you can rearrange your life as many times as you like. The same agreement will keep producing the same outcomes.
That's what this diagnostic is built to help you do.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK THROUGH:
The diagnostic examines eight invisible contracts in full:
Reality. Who gets to define what's true in your life - and are you trusting what you already know?
Authority. Who are you giving decision-making power to that should belong to you?
Permission. What are you waiting for someone else to allow you to do?
Credibility. Whose observations do you trust more than your own — and why?
Legitimacy. Which version of a woman's life are you measuring yours against?
Belonging. What are you hiding, suppressing, or editing to keep people close?
Acceptance. How much of your daily behaviour is performance rather than truth?
Respectability. Who benefits from your compliance?
For each one, you'll work through diagnostic questions that get specific. Not "do you trust yourself?" but "who specifically taught you not to - and where does that show up in your life right now?"
Then you'll take two life areas where you feel the most friction and apply all eight contracts to each one. Most women who do this see for the first time that what they thought was a money problem and what they thought was a relationship problem are actually the same invisible contract expressing itself in two different places.
You'll also trace one recurring pattern all the way backwards — from the outcome you keep experiencing, through the behaviour, the domain, the system that taught it, all the way back to the agreement underneath it.
And you'll complete a Self-Authority assessment at the start and end. So you can see clearly where you're starting from — and what has shifted.
WHO THIS IS FOR:
You recognise your patterns but can't seem to get underneath them. You keep arriving at the same place no matter what you change. You want to understand why — at the root — so you can actually do something about it there.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR:
You want something encouraging and gentle. This isn't that. This is rigorous self-examination. It will show you things clearly. That is the point.
